LEARNING OUTCOMES     SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES	2.3 Present information to different audiences by: a. writing recounts, descriptions, explanations, speeches, reports, and articles; iii. Responding to questions and comments spontaneously (oral). viii. Applying process writing skills.   By the end of the lesson, students should be able to:- Write about the title given, Describe the first day in secondary school
ACTIVITIES	Teacher asks questions pertaining to their experiences in the past. Students give feedbacks. Students are given a title, Describe the first day in secondary school. Writing Practice. Teacher asks students to write an essay.

LEARNING OUTCOMES           SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES	3.0 Language For Aesthetic Use by 3.1 Listen to , read and respond to literary works c. explaining the message the writer is trying to convey and discussing how this relates to one's life; viii. Talking about values in the text and whether they are meaningful to one's life and writing out a simple paragraph on this.   By the end of the lesson, students should be able to:- Identify the moral values portrayed in the characters. Relate the moral values learnt to one's life.
ACTIVITIES	Teacher asks few questions pertaining to the story. Students highlight the moral values in the story. Group discussion. Students are asked to discuss about the values and relate it to one's life. Class discussion.
